Knights of the Round Table

June 8th - June 12th

  • What to Expect

    Step into the world of knights and castles as campers learn the foundations of fencing through the values of honor, respect, and discipline. This week focuses on basic footwork, proper stance, safe blade handling, and introductory attacks. Campers build confidence while developing coordination and focus, all while embracing the chivalric code of sportsmanship. Perfect for beginners and younger fencers.

Musketeers & Masters

June 15th - June 19th

  • What to Expect

    All for one and one for all!” Campers refine their fencing skills by learning defensive techniques, parries, and ripostes while emphasizing teamwork and strategic thinking. Through partner drills and group challenges, fencers begin to understand distance and timing while strengthening cooperation and communication. This week blends classic fencing tradition with exciting, fast-paced training.

Olympic Champions

June 22nd - June 26th

  • What to Expect

    Inspired by real Olympic fencing, campers experience the thrill of competition in a fun, age-appropriate environment. Fencers learn about structure, scoring, and right-of-way concepts while practicing sportsmanship and resilience. The week culminates in a friendly mini-tournament that celebrates effort, growth, and confidence — not just winning.

Knights of the Round Table

June 8th - June 12th

  • What to Expect

    Step into the world of knights and castles. Campers will learn about the long history of the sport from its early inception to the current day Olympics. This week focuses on the all-important footwork, proper stance, distance, safe blade handling and offensive moves. Campers will build confidence while developing coordination and embracing the chivalric code of sportsmanship.

    “All for one and one for all”  Campers will refine their fencing skills by practicing defensive techniques, parries, and reposts while emphasizing strategic thinking. Through partner and target drills, fencers will come to appreciate the importance of distance and timing.

stealth & strategy

June 22nd - June 26th

  • What to Expect

    This week begins with fencing games that celebrate sportsmanship, resilience and the thrill of competition. This high energy week focuses on agility, reaction time, right- of- way and tactical stealth-based challenges. Campers explore counter attacks feints, and quick decision making. Fencers will sharpen both their minds and reflexes while learning how strategy can out-smart strength.

Stealth & Strategy (Spies & Shadows)

July 13th - July 17th

  • What to Expect

    This high-energy week focuses on agility, reaction time, and tactical thinking. Campers explore feints, counter-attacks, and quick decision-making through games and stealth-based challenges. With an emphasis on creativity and adaptability, fencers sharpen both their minds and reflexes while learning how strategy can outsmart strength.

Heroes & Legends

July 20th - July 24th

  • What to Expect

    Campers channel their inner hero as they combine offensive and defensive skills into dynamic fencing sequences. This week emphasizes confidence, courage, and self-expression while encouraging campers to push past their comfort zones. Through skill stations and themed challenges, fencers grow as athletes and individuals, learning to trust themselves and their training.

Masters of the Blade (Final Trials)

July 27th - July 31st

  • What to Expect

    The ultimate fencing experience! Campers put everything they’ve learned into practice through advanced drills, strategic bouts, and skill challenges. This week emphasizes leadership, adaptability, and mastery of technique. The program concludes with a celebratory final trial and recognition ceremony honoring each camper’s progress, effort, and growth.

July 13th - July 17th

  • What to Expect

    This week will focus on offensive and defensive skills combined into dynamic fencing sequences. There is an emphasis on confidence to push past one’s comfort zone as do their heroes. In addition, fencers will learn how to design the competition tables, about hand judging, penalties and refereeing.

July 20th - July 24th

  • What to Expect

    This week will emphasize partner drills, strategic bouts, and skill challenges. Fencers will have the opportunity for target practice using wooden-made targets that can be helpful in learning  distance and quick response. The Academy armorers will be available to teach minimal armory skills. 

keeping the score

July 27th - July 31st

  • What to Expect

    The ultimate fencing experience! While new students will be learning age-appropriate fencing skills, the more experienced fencers will be participating in a fencing tournament that all fencers can learn from and enjoy. This showcase tournament will help our new fencers

    as well as our seasoned fencers celebrate the efforts needed by fencers to excel. This day will end with a pizza party and exciting games for all levels of our campers.

afternoon stem camp 12:30 - 3:30 pm

Each afternoon during the 6 weeks of camp, participants will be challenged by age appropriate, hands-on experiences led by educators and community professionals in engineering, coding, robotics and science.

 All interactive sessions are designed to motivate our campers to explore these subjects in a collaborative and creative way.

science program

Each week will present new challenges in biology, chemistry and physics. DIY projects will be used to expand campers’ scientific knowledge. There will be a variety of hands-on experiment-based units using everyday materials and basic science equipment. Subjects may include eco-systems, animal habitats, marine biology, chemical concoctions and forensics science.

engineering program

From building an artificial hand that can be manipulated to do everyday activities, to building parachutes and gliders that can be flown, to building machines and buildings, these engineering units are designed to spark imagination and creativity. Activities are developed to teach how things work in the real world.

coding & robotics program

Our multi-disciplinary robotics program focuses on building, coding, programming and problem solving using high quality instructional materials to inspire and excite our campers. Campers will participate in age-appropriate coding games and competitions to gain confidence in coding fundamentals. They will have the opportunity to showcase their robots and their skills.
