Why Kids Love Camp

The highlights of every week

Themed Weeks

Every week of camp has a unique fencing-inspired theme that sparks imagination and keeps kids engaged all summer long. From historical swordplay to modern competitive challenges, themes give campers a sense of adventure and purpose. Kids don’t just practice fencing skills — they step into a story, build confidence through role-play, and stay motivated as each week brings something new to explore.

Weekly STEM Guests

Fencing is where mind meets movement, and our weekly STEM guests help kids see that connection come alive. Campers are introduced to real-world applications of science, engineering, and strategy that tie directly into fencing — reaction time, biomechanics, physics of motion, and tactical thinking. These hands-on experiences make learning feel exciting and relevant, even for kids who don’t realize they’re “doing STEM.”

End-of-Week Tournament

Each week ends with a friendly fencing tournament where campers get to showcase what they’ve learned. This is a highlight for kids — they love the sense of accomplishment, friendly competition, and cheering each other on. The tournament focuses on sportsmanship, confidence, and growth, giving every camper a moment to feel proud, regardless of experience level.
